I am new to detoxing and thought it sounded like some weird sort of self-denial. Now after a couple of months of doing detox, I am hooked. It gives me focus, mental clarity, and is almost like a runner's high. And it is much less fattening than chocolate. Each year, many people make New Year's Resolutions.( I usually make the same ones every year. ) Detox allows you this same sense of a fresh start, but you can do it often. Blair will start the class off with a discussion on detox diets and menu planning. With his extensive background in medicine and nutrition, you will learn the yogic secrets of healthy living. You will learn how to safely and thoroughly cleanse your entire system and re-evaluate the way you approach your diet and health. You will have the option to start a simple 8 day cleanse at this class. To support this simple digestive cleanse, Kendall will then teach you a tantric method of purifying the lymph channels to allow your inner radiance to rise to your skin. This vinyasa flow yoga class will be sequenced specifically designed to stimulate and purify the internal organs, increase respiration and circulation and improve digestion. Prepare to heat up from the inside out with her breathing exercises, sun salutations A and B, and twisting poses. These asanas will further assist your body to detoxify, purify, and re-gain an inner balance of the pranas and metabolism. BE PREPARED!
